Phase 1 of the Madarász Office Park was delivered in 2010, followed by Phase 2 in 2011.

Building III.

The 3rd phase of the office complex is a Park Inn by Radisson 4-star hotel opened in 2013, offering a wide range of hotel services and conference room rental. In addition to hotel services, the upper floors of the office building offer 3,000 m2 of office space for tenants and 80 parking spaces.

Building IV.

Construction of the last phase of the Office Park has started. The new office building is the usual
 'A' category, and in addition it will offer future tenants a number of new green solutions.14,600 m2 of lettable space, 525 m2 of terrace area and 292 underground parking spaces will be added to the Madarász Office Park.
