The two buildings have a total of 3 underground garages + ground floor + 9 levels, providing a total of 34,000 m² of office space and 720 underground parking spaces.
Each of our buildings has its own 24-hour concierge service, with two staircases leading to the leases, each accessed by 3 OTIS 13-passenger collector lifts and staircases.

Our operations and construction offices are located within Building I, and our maintenance team has many years of professional experience.
